QUICK FACTS * Location: Pueblo, CO (4010 Jerry Murphy Road, Pueblo, CO 81001) * Start Date: 04/28/2026 * Duration: Permanent * Shift: 4-day workweek, standard outpatient hours * Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours * Employment Type: Full-time * License/Certs: Board Eligible or Certified OB/GYN * Experience: Enthusiastic, patient care-focused candidates preferred * Pay Rate: Hourly equivalent of $328,000–$365,000/year (structured as salaried) * Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical (W-2), paid malpractice, generous vacation, CME allowance, health/dental/vision, retirement plans (403(b), 457(b)), relocation assistance (if applicable), travel and licensure reimbursements WHAT YOU'LL DO * Provide full-scope OB/GYN care at UCHealth Parkview Medical Center and outpatient clinics * Manage a caseload of approximately 20 patients daily in a collaborative environment * Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries with access to 2 daVinci XI robotic systems * Participate in a 1:5 call schedule, with CNMs handling most nights * Collaborate with a team of six physicians and four certified nurse midwives * Ensure quality patient care and adherence to best practices * Maintain documentation using Epic EMR system * Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic environment WHAT YOU NEED Required: * Board eligible or certified in OB/GYN * Active CO medical license or eligibility to obtain one * Enthusiasm for full-time, patient-focused practice Preferred: * Experience working in a hospital or outpatient OB/GYN setting * Ability to work well in team environments * Interest in working in a supportive, community-oriented facility ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT Join a leading facility in Pueblo, Colorado, committed to women’s health excellence.
