QUICK FACTS * Location: Cincinnati, OH (7500 State Road, Cincinnati, OH 45255) * Start Date: 04/28/2026 * Employment Duration: Permanent * Shift: Monday–Friday, administrative time included; participate in 1:6 call rotation * Hours/week: Full-time, typical schedule * Employment Type: Salaried * Licenses/Certs: Ohio Medical License, Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN; leadership experience preferred * Experience: Minimum 5 years OB/GYN clinical experience PAY & BENEFITS * Compensation: Excellent employment package; salary expectations discussed upon application * Perquisites: Leadership stipend, dedicated administrative time, signing bonus, relocation assistance, student loan repayment options * Benefits: * Health, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA * Disability and Life Insurance * 403(b) with company match, 457(b), and supplementary retirement plans * CME funding and generous PTO * Paid sick leave in accordance with state & federal laws * Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable WHAT YOU’LL DO * Provide full-time clinical care: clinic, surgery, deliveries at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital (Level II NICU, ~1,600 deliveries/year) * Lead and develop the women’s health program and strategic initiatives in Cincinnati’s east side * Collaborate with executive leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and external partners such as University of Cincinnati MFM services * Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers to foster excellence and teamwork * Participate in administrative duties, strategic planning, and quality improvement efforts * Maintain a balanced schedule with administrative leadership time and clinical responsibilities WHAT YOU NEED Required: * Ohio Medical License * 5+ years of OB/GYN clinical experience * Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN * Leadership or administrative experience preferred Preferred: * Strong clinical and strategic leadership skills * Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams About the Assignment: This opportunity is with a leading facility in Cincinnati, Ohio, part of a well-respected health system.
