The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides health services on an outpatient basis to patients of Upstate Family Health Center. The NP provides quality healthcare to patients in a clinic setting. The NP also functions as a team member of the agency's medical staff and promotes financial stability, quality improvement, and community support of the UFHC and its programs. The NP job responsibilities will encompass preventative care, care of patients with acute and chronic illnesses, and education and guidance to support patients at UFHC. 1 year of experience required
