- Additional Info: Requirements include experience and training as a physician, having successfully completed a US-accredited medical school degree and a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology or its equivalent. A physician with an active unrestrictive CA license to practice medicine by the Medical Board of California. Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or Board Eligible Physician Obstetrics/Gynecology. Previous experience with computer-based systems is required; Electronic Medical records experience is preferred. Current Valid BLS Certification
