The pulmonary program is robust and continues to grow, offering exposure to a wide range of conditions and services, including: * Lung cancer screening program * On-site Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) lab * COPD and lung nodule specialty clinics * Advanced pulmonary procedures performed by physicians * A 12-bed ICU managed by the pulmonary team ( no direct ICU patient care required for this role) Schedule: * Monday through Friday schedule * No nights or weekends * Weekly rotation between outpatient clinic and hospital consult service Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will provide comprehensive pulmonary care across both outpatient and inpatient settings. Responsibilities include: * Evaluating, diagnosing, and managing common pulmonary conditions * Conducting outpatient visits and follow-up care * Performing inpatient pulmonary consult rounds * Collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams * Supporting initiatives aimed at improving patient experience, optimizing length of stay, and reducing readmissions * Modern EMR systems (eClinicalWorks outpatient, Epic inpatient) Qualifications: * Licensed Physician Assistant in Massachusetts or in process * NCCPA Certification * Active DEA registration and MA controlled substances license * Experience in pulmonary or related specialty preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is strong and based on experience, training, and overall skill set.
