Physician (MD/DO) - Ophthalmology - $225,000 to $250,000 per year in Elkhart, IN - About the Position: Join an established, family-focused ophthalmic practice in Indiana, dedicated to quality patient care. Enjoy a very flexible workweek, with the ability to work 3-5 days, and a collaborative approach to determining an ideal patient volume. You will have the opportunity to maximize your earning potential in a supportive environment with optimal resources, including the option of partnership buy-in.    Schedule: * Very flexible workweek with the ability to work 3-5 days  * A collaborative approach to determine an ideal patient volume * Scheduling can be optimized through charting ahead of time and utilizing a scribe during clinic   Practice Setting: * Established, family-focused ophthalmic practice serving Elkhart, Indiana, and surrounding communities since 1960 * State-of-the-art equipment, including a Femto-capable Z8 Lasik machine, Insight Surgery Center with two Medicare Class C ORs, and a well-equipped facility with 23 exam lanes * Collaborative team environment with experienced optometrists, nurses, and dedicated support staff * Virtually zero ER call coverage and minimal eye trauma call (internal call structure in place)   Compensation & Benefits: * Annual base salary includes a wRVU structure, with the potential to earn significantly more (current providers earn up to $579,000) * Comprehensive benefits package including: * Relocation assistance  * Loan assistance available  * Residency stipend available  * Sign-on bonus based on experience    Community Highlights: * Elkhart offers a strong sense of community with a welcoming environment. You will have the opportunity to maximize your earning potential in a supportive environment with optimal resources, and an extremely supportive team.    Schedule: * Very flexible workweek with the ability to work 3-5 days  * A collaborative approach to determine an ideal patient volume * Schedule with administrative time built in to help maximize time with patients   Practice Setting:   * Established, family-focused ophthalmic practice serving Elkhart, Indiana, and surrounding communities since 1960 * State-of-the-art equipment, including a Femto-capable Z8 Lasik machine, Insight Surgery Center with two Medicare Class C ORs, and a well-equipped facility with 23 exam lanes * Collaborative team environment with experienced optometrists, nurses, and dedicated support staff * The call schedule is highly restricted owing to our internal call system.
