QUICK FACTS * Location: 1808 West Main Street, Russellville, AR 72801 * Start Date: 01/01/2026 * End Date/Duration: Ongoing/ as assigned * Shift: Clinic: 8 am – 4 pm (4 days/week); Call: 1:4 overnight and weekends (Friday 8 am – Monday 8 am) * Hours/Week: 32+ hours/week (clinic) + on-call hours * Employment Type: Contract * Licenses/Certifications: Arkansas Medical License, PALS, fetal monitoring certification, quality letter if IMLC provider * Experience: Prior OB-GYN practice experience required (specific years unspecified) PAY & BENEFITS * Pay: $1.00/hour (plus stipends for call, if applicable) * Benefits: * Competitive pay packages * Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit * Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) * Robust referral bonus program * Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws * Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable WHAT YOU’LL DO * Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care in a clinic setting * Participate in overnight and weekend call coverage (1:4 schedule) * Assist with in-house lab, ultrasound, and non-stress testing (NST) procedures * Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and other in-house staff to deliver patient-centered care * Ensure compliance with fetal monitoring and PALS certification requirements * Document patient encounters and maintain quality standards in OB-GYN practice WHAT YOU NEED * Valid Arkansas Medical License * PALS and fetal monitoring certification required * Prior OB-GYN practice experience preferred * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts * Strong communication and collaboration skills ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT This position involves providing both outpatient clinic care and on-call coverage in a supportive hospital environment.
