Physician (MD/DO) - Obstetrics and Gynecology in Santa Rosa, CA - Family Medicine Physician – Sonoma County Clinics We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team across four community clinics in Sonoma County. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a diverse and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: * Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population, including preventive care, health education, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. * Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate ongoing management. * Collaborate with clinic staff, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and quality patient care. * Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols to enhance patient outcomes. * Engage in patient education to promote health and wellness. Qualifications: * Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. * Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine. * Valid medical license to practice in California. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. * Prior experience in outpatient primary care setting preferred.
