Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts - A mission-driven community health center in a western Boston neighborhood is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its growing primary care team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, culturally responsive care within a collaborative, team-oriented environment that serves a diverse and vibrant patient population. Compensation, Bonuses & Loan Repayment * Salary based on experience-(range may be shared with applicants upon request) * Eligible for up to $20,000 annually in bonuses, paid quarterly, based on: * Quality metrics * Completed visits * Retention * As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), providers are eligible for multiple loan repayment programs ( up to $80,000 over two years ) and for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Schedule & Workload * Full-time: 40 hours/week * 32 patient-facing hours * 8 administrative hours (flexibly scheduled; many providers use one remote day ) * Flexible scheduling options : * 58-hour days or * Fewer, longer days (e.g., 4x10s), as long as one weekly evening session is included * Patient volume: ~10-12 patients per 4-hour session (~20 per 8-hour day) Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of primary care experience required. * Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner Certification * Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a strong plus; bilingual/bicultural candidates preferred. * Ability to provide care for adolescents through adults or full-spectrum family medicine.
