Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Family Practice in Worcester, MA - Specialties Accepted: Family Nurse Practitioner | Adult Nurse Practitioner l Geriatric Nurse Practitioner | Physician Assistant   Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am to 6 pm Job Details * Home Health * In-home health and wellness assessments for health insurance plans. H&P evaluations. Will review medications/dosages, (will do physical, check blood pressure, finger stick, get urine sample, and will leave fecal kit for patient to mail in). * 5 to 8 assessments per day (Assessments last approx.. 45-75 mins, last appointment scheduled @ 6 pm). * Ages seen: Geriatrics * EMR: Proprietary System. Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Pediatrics in Plymouth, MA - Specialties Accepted: Pediatric NP Practice Setting: Outpatient Location: MA Start Date (or Shifts Requested): ASAP – Ongoing Schedule (Including Call if required): 32hrs/wk 8:30a-4:30p  (3days/wk) 8:30–7:30 (1 day/wk) Urgent Care in evening that day Possible shift - Sat & Sun: 9a-4p Is there a scheduled lunch and is it paid: No Minimum shifts/coverage to be considered: 2days/wk Typical procedures required: General Pediatric case seen, Sick & Well Visits, physicals, vaccination schedule, ect.
