Position Details * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient * Call: None * Weekends: None * EMR: Meditech Expanse Responsibilities * Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a wide range of sleep disorders. * Diagnose and treat obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, hypersomnia, restless legs syndrome, REM sleep behavior disorder, circadian rhythm disorders, and other sleep-related conditions. * Interpret sleep studies and attended polysomnography. * Manage PAP therapy (CPAP/BiPAP) and monitor patient compliance and treatment effectiveness. * Prescribe and manage medications related to sleep disorders. * Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing and coordinate durable medical equipment (DME) as needed. * Educate patients and families on sleep disorders, treatment options, and long-term management. * Collaborate with respiratory therapists, sleep technologists, primary care providers, pulmonologists, neurologists, cardiologists, ENT specialists, and other healthcare professionals. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Qualifications * Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school. * Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine or a related specialty. * Board Certified in Sleep Medicine required. * Dual Board Certification in Pulmonary Medicine is highly preferred. * Active New Hampshire medical license or ability to obtain. * Current BLS certification.
