Quick Facts * Location: Lemoore, CA * Start Date: 07/01/2026 * End Date: 11/30/2027 * Shift: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm * Hours/Week: Full-time * Employment Type: Independent Contractor / W2 upon request * License/Certs: Active, unrestricted MD or DO license; BLS, ACLS, PALS * Experience: Minimum 3 years in Family Practice within past 5 years Pay & Benefits * Hourly Rate: $180.00 * Pay Package discussed upon application * Weekly pay via direct deposit * Medical benefits, paid sick leave, licensure, travel, and other reimbursements * Robust referral bonus program * Malpractice coverage included * 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do * Provide comprehensive primary care to neonatal through geriatric patients * Perform preventive health assessments, physicals, and screenings (e.g., PRT, PHA, sports, school physicals) * Diagnose and treat urgent and chronic conditions across all age groups * Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans * Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up care per protocols * Respond effectively to medical emergencies within the clinic * Educate patients on health maintenance, self-care, and wellness What You Need * MD or DO degree with active, unrestricted license * Minimum 3 years outpatient/family practice experience in the last 5 years * Board eligibility (certification preferred) * Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) * Ability to pass government background and security clearance About the Assignment Support a busy military outpatient clinic providing primary care for a diverse patient population.
