QUICK FACTS * Location: 1750 East Ken Pratt Boulevard, Longmont, CO 80504 * Start Date: 04/28/2026 * End Date/Duration: Ongoing * Shift: Night shifts, 6-12 shifts per month (flexible scheduling) * Hours/Week: Based on shifts; full-time employment * Employment Type: Permanent * License/Certs: Board-certified OB/GYN required * Experience: Prior inpatient obstetric experience preferred PAY & BENEFITS * Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Please note, pay details are confirmed upon application) * Annual Salary Range: $291,000 - $324,000 (full-time) * Benefits Include: * Competitive pay packages and weekly pay via direct deposit * Comprehensive medical, vision, dental, and life insurance * Paid malpractice insurance * Generous CME allowance * Retirement plans with employer match * Paid family and medical leave (including Colorado FAMLI) * Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws * Relocation assistance (if applicable) * Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements WHAT YOU'LL DO * Provide inpatient obstetric care during overnight shifts, including labor management, deliveries, postpartum, and triage * Manage gynecologic consults and perform urgent assessments for obstetric and gynecologic patients * Collaborate with a team of OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers * Support complex cases and provide backup coverage for multispecialty teams * Communicate effectively during handoffs to ensure continuous patient care * Document all patient interactions within an Epic EMR system * Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives in the OB unit * Support a high-quality, patient-centered care environment aligned with UCHealth’s mission WHAT YOU NEED REQUIRED * Active OB/GYN license in Colorado * Board-certified in OB/GYN * Prior inpatient obstetric experience * Ability to work night shifts and participate in a flexible schedule PREFERRED * Experience in a hospitalist role * BLS/ACLS certification ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT Join a leading Colorado hospital committed to excellence in women’s health.
