Active Michigan license preferred
Minimum of 50 case logs from the last 12 months
Willingness to obtain a Michigan license if needed (We will provide assistance)

Schedule:
Full-time position
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
1 clinic day per week
4 inpatient/OR days per week
On-call responsibilities
Start Date: ASAP

Procedures:
Saphenous and radial vein harvesting

EMR:
EPIC/DRAGON EMR experience preferred
