- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, Flexible
- Need coverage for a minimum of 4 months
- Patient volume will increase in time and may ramp up to 18 - 20 cases per day
- Women's health required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
