The facility is outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The schedule is Monday - Friday from 8a-5p with weeknight call.
Dates Needed: May 13th-17, 20-24
Call Ratio/Schedule: Weeknight call only
Case Load/PPD: 6-8 cases/day
