- Previous experience prescribing opioid medications.
- Provide direct patient care in a comprehensive pain management department. Multidisciplinary team including physical therapy and CT guided injections available on-site.
- Primary care, behavioral health and other specialty services also available on site to support.
- Patients/day: 15-25
- Ages: adult
- Which EMR System: eCW
- Support Staff: RN, MA, other physicians
- Credentialing/Onboarding Timeframe: 30 days
- Travel and lodging provided
- Malpractice Insurance Coverage
