Neurology Locums Needed in Arizona
- Requirements: Board Certification; Active AZ License and DEA
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 hour shifts

- Patients Census: 25 to 30 between new and follow up patients
- No Call
- Type of Patients: Outpatient
- Types of visits: Bread and butter Neuro, Stroke follow-up
Migraine patients (botox comfortable), Memory loss/ dementia EMG studies, if desired
