We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a flexible 3-6+ month assignment. You will provide care to a Spanish-speaking population in an outpatient setting with no call responsibilities, including routine check-ups and chronic disease management. Reside in a beautiful location with a warm climate in California’s Bay Area. 

Requirements & Credentials: 

• Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician 
• BLS and DEA certification required 
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required

Schedule:

• The assignment begins ASAP for 3-6+ months 
• Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• No call responsibilities for a healthy work-life balance 

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient position with a patient panel of all ages
• See an average of 20 patients per day
• Collaborate with a support staff including Medical Assistants, a referral department, care navigators, and medical scribes 

Case & Procedures:

• Provide a spectrum of primary care services, including sick visits, well visits, immunizations, and preventive care measures
• Conduct routine check-ups and provide comprehensive chronic disease management for conditions such as diabetes and hypertension
