About the Opportunity:

We invite a passionate and experienced Family Medicine Physician (Board Eligible/Board Certified) to join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center in New York. Schedule:

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday hours, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and no weekends or inpatient rounding required
• Limited Call Responsibilities: Our call coverage is consultative/virtual only and shared among providers

Practice Setting:

• Manage a range of primary care cases with the support of a dedicated team, seeing approximately 18-22 patients per day
• Our clinic offers services including ADHD management, diabetes care, hypertension, acute illnesses, minor wound care, HIV treatments, reproductive health, and much more
• Benefit from on-site specialties such as Counseling, Labs, Women’s Health, Dental, and Behavioral Health
