We are seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for urgent and ongoing locum tenens coverage at our modern Montgomery Surgery Center in Alabama. This opportunity allows you to join a dedicated team, make a significant impact across a range of surgical cases, and work in a supportive, collegial environment.

Requirements:

• Credentialing: Fast-track process available to start by April 22nd
• Qualifications: Board Certification within 5 years required

Schedule:

• Immediate need: April 22-26 and April 29-May 3
• Continuing requirement: 2 - 3 weeks per month, Monday - Friday, 40 hours weekly
• Ongoing assignment 

Case Mix:

• Gastrointestinal (GI), Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT), Gynecology (GYN), Urology
• Pediatric (over 2 years of age, healthy, primarily ENT cases)
• Plastic Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Pulmonology, General Surgery

Position Details:

• Volume: Approximately 800 cases per month
• Patient Age Group: From 2 years old, focusing on healthy pediatric patients
• Team Environment: Two anesthesiologists on-site daily
