- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Call, Weekend call, 24-hour shifts
- Botox would be very helpful but not required
- 10 patients per day
- Needs to be able to do EEG with epilepsy a must
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
