- Willing to wait for license
- BC required
- Nights, 12-hour shifts, 7 on / 7 off
- ATLS and ACLS required
- 36 bed SICU/TICU combined & split between 2 providers
- Level 1 trauma (100% non-surgical) & must be experienced with placing wires and chest tubes
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
