- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Call, 24-hour shifts
- NRP needed and the provider must be set up with TN Medicaid and have a TN DEA
- 3 patients per day
- Level 1 nursery, neo-puff, intubations, X-ray interpretation, central lines, UVC, UAC, circumcisions
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
