Home Health facility needs an experienced Advanced Practice Provider for Full-time/Adult Primary Care patient population. In the field seeing patients for primary care adult, home health and some remote admin time. 40 hours total; M-F 8-5. At home, remote, admin time. Occasional suture/staple removal, I&D, injections. 30 mile radius Spokane, 2-3 group facilities seeing 8-12 patients per day. We pay mileage for greater than 30 miles one way (to or from home) and mileage between stops. Need to be confident working with technology independently.
