• Support Staff: RN & Clinical MAs
• Services available onsite:
- Lab, X-Ray, Cardiac Rehab, Orthopedics
- Endocrinology, Wound Care, & Physical Therapy
• EMR: Epic
Requirements:
• Active CO license (preferred)
• BC/BE (If BE, must be within 0-5 years of residency)
• Proof of COVID Vaccination
• Minimum 3 yrs. of experience with leadership background is preferred
