• No .of Exam rooms: 2 per provider
• EMR: Epic
Requirements:
• Active CO License (preferred)
• BC/BE (if BE, must be within 5 years of Residency)
• Proof of COVID Vaccination
• 3+ years of experience in FM or IM (highly preferred)
