Nurse Practitioner needed in Arizona for Adult Medicine coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and AZ state license. Shifts will be Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, some Saturdays and call requirement. 10-15 patients per day. Sick visits and medication refills and patients who have been recently released from jail or prison who need MAT such as Suboxone. Must have 3 years' experience in medication assisted treatment and family medicine. Must have a minimum of 6 months experience with MAT. AHCCCS required. Support staff includes APPs, RNs, MAs.
