When: 6/7-6/21 Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p (may consider p/t, but must be a set weekly schedule) 
We are looking for a Family NP; all days preferred but if not a set weekly scheduling is mandatory. Client would like the provider to have primary care experience including but not limited to the following: • annual physicals • immunizations • lab service and phlebotomy skills (preferred) • biometric screening • preventive health exams • referral coordination • travel medicine • virtual health • women’s health. 3 years of experience preferred, but exceptions made per provider and experience details. EPIC experience highly preferred. 

REQUIRED: 

·        MA state license; active, unrestricted
·        Board Certified
·        Certifications- BLS through AHA
