24-hour call; 8am-8am. Long-term and ongoing coverage needed.

DESCRIPTION: 

·         No Clinic patients

·         Call Night /Weekend; 4-5 shifts per week.

o   Start 8:00 AM (day shift) 8:00PM (night shift)

o   End 8:00 AM (night shift) 8:00PM (day shift) 

·         Average phone consults 15-25

·         Call with be for multiple sites. – both assigned and unassigned patience [including calls from at least four other facilities}.

·         Call response time: 15 min.

·         Call Back % 65%

·         Average Phone consults 15-25

·         Average admissions while on call 6

·         Average patients seen while on call 25.

·         Support Staff: Floor nurses, at least 3 Advanced practitioners/mid-levels.

·         Age of patients - 16-40 average.

·         PEDs Level II NICU available

REQUIRED: 

High Risk Pregnancy
Routine Delivery: routine delivery: vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for c-sections
Complicated delivery: c-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBAC's
Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
FL state license; active, unrestricted.
Board certified OBGYN.
Minimum 100 deliveries in the past 24 months

Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
Malpractice insurance provided.
Seeking Local candidate – milage will be reimbursed. No need for a hotel, as the hospital has a call room available.
