- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, 7 on / 7 off
- ACLS and BLS required
- 170 - 200 surgical cases per month
- Must be able to provide anesthesia independently, must be comfortable providing pediatric anesthesia
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
