- 4 weeks of PTO, 10 holidays, and 1 week of CME time with a $4k stipend

- Patient census of 12; will look at 2024 residents and fellows
- Academic affiliation; medical students rotate through
- MD/DO trained in general psychiatry with a 4-year residency
