- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, No call
- Adult/Geriatric only
- 18 - 22 patients per day, total cases between PC clinic and senior center
- All standard primary care adult procedures
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
