Medicus is partnering with a reputable client in southern New York that has an opening for a Psychiatrist to provide locum coverage.
About the Opening:
- Schedule: 9a-5p, Monday-Friday
- No call
- Patient Ages: 18+
- Daily Volume: 5-8 patients
- Patient Diagnoses: Adults with severe alcohol/drug addiction + behavioral health issues
- Initial PSY Evals: 1 hour
- Follow-Ups: 30 minutes
- Must be comfortable prescribing suboxone
- Support Staff: Psychologists, counselors, RNs, etc.
- EMR: QuickDocs
- Board certification required
- Paid travel & expenses
