Join our team as a leading Family Practitioner in Connecticut treating the communities of the Hartford area.
Assignment Dates: 02/1/2024- 06/30/2024
Schedule:
- 32 hours per week
- Office is open Monday - Friday
Practice Setting:
- Outpatient setting
- Volume: 20 patients per day
- Ages: All
Types of Cases:
- Must be able to do physicals, pre-op appointments, transfer of care, sick visits, and chronic illness management
Requirements:
- Active unrestricted license in CT
- Board Certification

- No procedures are required
- No EMR, still on paper
- Can accommodate early start Monday and Friday
