·        Schedule: Mon-Fri 7a-5p; responding to in-house call while working 7a-5p shift.

·        Shifts per month - 10

·        Typical ENT procedures

·        EMR: EPIC

·        Additional information upon request

REQUIRED: 

·        IL state license; active, unrestricted

·        Board Certified or Board Eligible

·        ACLS, BLS, DEA & CSR

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
