COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Hospital Bed Size: 62
• Trauma Level 3
• Dates Needed: ASAP - Ongoing
• Shift & Call Details: 3 weeks on 1 week off with Light Call 7 days a month
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 2-4 weeks

POSITION DETAILS Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Setting: Hospital
• Patient Volume: 8-12
• Required Procedures: B&B, some OB/Ortho/Outpatient. No Head/No Heart
• Covering 2-3 ORs a day, possibly some light office Pain sedation
• APP Support/Supervision: Unsupervised with total 3 CRNA team
• EMR: TBD
• Will wait for Oklahoma License, and New Grads Welcomed
