• Trauma Level 4
• Dates Needed: ASAP - Ongoing
• Shift & Call Details: 3 weeks on 1 week off with Light Light OB Call
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 2-4 weeks

POSITION DETAILS Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Setting: Hospital
• Patient Volume: 1-3 cases, plus cataracts
• Required Procedures: B&B, and light OB. No Head/No Heart
• Covering 1-2 ORs a day
• APP Support/Supervision: Unsupervised Solo
• EMR: TBD
• Will wait for Oklahoma License, and New Grads Welcomed
