Job Details:

• BC/BE (with the expectation of being BC within 2 years) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• BC/BE (within 5 years of residency) in geriatrics
• Active MI license (will also consider if licensing is in process)
• The provider must have experience working with the Geriatrics population
• There is an opportunity to teach residents, medical students, and fellows
