About the Opportunity:

Become a valued member of our outpatient clinic and surgery center, dedicated to serving a population of over 620,000 across 3 states and 13 countries. We are actively seeking an Ophthalmologist to join us in delivering quality patient care. Situated in a coastal setting right on the beach, our practice offers opportunities for teaching and training through MD/OD Externships. Practice Details:

• Collaborate with a team of 14 Ophthalmologists and 14 Optometrists, each specializing in various fields 
  • The facility is equipped with 120 exam rooms, a digital manufacturing lab, and 14 operating rooms  
  • Engage in on-site Phase 1, 2, and 3 clinical trials for those inclined toward research
• You will have a full-time scribe to ensure your focus is on patient care
• Inherit an established patient base with room for expansion

Schedule:

• 5-day workweek tailored to your preference 
  • 1-4 surgery days, scalable with demand 
  • 1-4 clinic days with 1 full clinic day weekly
• Manageable on-call duties, with a rotation of 1:6 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary at $325,000 and negotiable based on experience 
• Benefit from a production bonus with an average earning potential of $500,000-$700,000
