- Weekdays, Days, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, No call
- 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off is ideal but client would consider 1 week per month as well
- Average of 12 - 15 patients per day
- 100% outpatient
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
