This growing FQHC - Multispeciality group has multiple openings for board-certified or board-eligible Family Practice physicians at locations throughout Greater Phoenix, Pinal, and Maricopa County. This position is open to candidates requiring Visa sponsorship and additionally offers student loan forgiveness programs. Practice Details:

• We offer comprehensive services including Primary Care, Pediatrics, OBGYN, Dentistry, Pharmacy, TeleHealth
• Join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Joint Commission-certified Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH)
• Strong support staff of NPs and PAs 

Schedule:

• 100% Outpatient position 
• Flexible work week and call schedule
• You can gradually tailor patient volume to your preferences
