Job Details:

• BC in IM or FM
• No Procedures
• 7 on/ 7 off
• The census is 16 between both providers with only 7 acute care patients and the remaining swing
• No ICU this is a critical access facility 
• Handles back-end operations (corporate team of recruiters, practice managers, HR, clinical operations etc)
• Oversee clinical initiatives and process improvement plans
• Grow into Regional Medical Director
