A facility near Grand Rapids is seeking a full-time Endocrinologist or Diabetologist  to join their Team.

Job details:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism subspecialty
• Office Hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm (34 face-to-face patient care hours a week for a 1.0 FTE) plus call once every 8-10 weeks
• Multidisciplinary care for the full range of diabetes and endocrine disorders
• Care for adolescents through adults
• Active MI license and DEA ( or willing to obtain)

Compensation/Benefits:

• Based on MGMA plus wRVU
• Contract length: 3-5 years
• Incentives: Sign-on, Relocation, Student Loan Repayment Assistance, Housing stipend
• CME Allowance: 1 week and $4000
• PTO (days): 5 weeks
