• Board-certified or Board Eligible Family medicine 
• 34 pt contact hours for full time
• Join 5 primary care providers, 2 mental health providers, care coordinator and support staff
• Work with residents
• 16-18 pts per day
• Non profit health system
• Rotating phone weekend call with nurse triage line
• Epic EMR
