About the Opportunity:

Joining our team at an independent not-for-profit health system presents an opportunity for ENT physicians seeking a fulfilling practice in a rural community setting. With a manageable caseload and light call schedule, you'll have the opportunity to balance professional responsibilities with personal pursuits, all while making a meaningful impact on patient care. Practice Details:

• Independent, not-for-profit health system with 5 exam rooms and plans for expanded surgical services 
• Surgical cases focus primarily on bread-and-butter ENT procedures
• Collaborate with one clinical manager and two allergy nurses to deliver quality patient care 

Schedule:

• 4-day work week
• No Call
• Approximately 18-22 patients per day with one dedicated surgical day per week 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Earning potential of up to $750,000+ with additional production incentives 
  • Quality incentives up to $100,000 annually
  • Commencement bonus of $40,000
