• Board Eligible or Certified in Hematology Oncology 
• Joining an independently-owned multispeciality practice
• Working in a practice setting 
• 1 New patient consult per hour and 30 min follow-ups 
• Offering 425K for new grads and 450k with experience with the potential to make 1 million
