• Board Eligible or Certified in Nephrology
• Joining an independently-owned multispeciality practice 
• Call 1:3
• Have their own dialysis units and Medical Directorship is offered (typically offered after the first year and paid extra 
• Offering 260K for new grad and 280K with experience  
• Benefits package includes Malpractice insurance w/ tail coverage, 5 weeks PTO, 4K in CME Allowance, giving the Dr. a cell phone and notebook computer, pay, for boards, DEA and licensure renewals, sign-on/relocation assistance 25-35K, health insurance for the whole family, 401K plan with a practice match.
