• BC/BE in IM
• 7on/7off 
• EMR is Meditech Expanse
• 23-bed hospital
• PPD is 16 between both providers with only 7 acute care patients and the remaining swing
• No Procedures (Covering floor calls and rounding)
• No ICU (Critical access facility)
• As a local hospital group, they have 7 other local facilities the provider can pick up shifts outside their regular commitment (earning potential is unlimited)
