• BC/BE Internal Medicine
• 7on/7off schedule - 7 PM-7 AM
• No call schedule 
• EMR - Epic 
• Joining 60 Physicians including 10 Nocturnist plus 35 APPs
• No procedures
• Closed ICU
• Guaranteed Base Salary, Salary increases after year 2, 3 and 5, The hourly OT rate also goes up with those respective years,  Sign-on, 10k Relocation, Life Insurance, Disability, Malpractice with tail, Choice of 2 full health plans, Dental, 403b match
